Shipping-Return Delivery Policy

Processing & Shipping:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–17 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Every order is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping Responsibility:
Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS or the selected shipping carrier, Crown Essence is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order. Crown Essence is not liable for delays, returned packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect address details.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Customers who would like their package resent will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

Return Policy:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
